Ken picton salon raises £1,000 for marie curie

Ken said: "I can't thank my wonderful clients enough for supporting this cause with such a passion; the amount of money raised is amazing! The mother of one of my team members came up with the idea because we serve the most beautiful complimentary refreshments in china cups with fabric napkins - she thought it would be great to do an event and is renowned in the area for making the most amazing cakes ever!" 

"We served a wide range of cakes and clients made a donation to enjoy them during their service alongside their complimentary teas and lattes. Some of the clients also contributed some baked offerings making it quite a spread!"
