Ken picton presents masterclass in mexico for l'oreal professionnel

Ken Picton was recently invited to present a customer service masterclass in Mexico on behalf of L'Oreal Professionnel.
Held in Cancun, the L'Oreal Business Forum saw Ken speak to 1,000 stylists and salon managers in four back-to-back customer service and retail seminars, discussing the techniques that have put his multi award-winning salon on the map. "Before you can get fantastic sales," he explained, "You have to deliver a fantastic experience - these two work in synergy."
Working with four real-time translators to ensure the guests - who came from as far afield as Brazil and Uruguay - got the most out of their session, Ken was an unprecedented success and left to a standing ovation.
"The energy and enthusiasm from these people is incredible," he said. "They have a real passion for what they do."
