Katy perry embraces the natural look

After a colourful year which has seen her rocking shades of pink, blue and black, Katy Perry is giving her hair a well-deserved break over the holidays with a return to her roots as a natural blonde.
The star showed off shorter cut as well as her new colour, with her new-look choppy layered bob styled with a vintage jewelled comb.
Following a year of dramatic styles, extensions, updos and colour changes, this low maintenance natural look is probably just what Katy's hair needs for Christmas - but we can't wait to see what the style chameleon does in 2012!
