Karine jackson hosts pop-up salon - and gin bar!

Karine Jackson recently hosted a pop-up salon in Covent Garden, joining forces with Broker's Gin to offer guests a complimentary cocktail with their restyle. The organic colour specialist risked the Great British summer to take her styling services al fresco, with guests offered a five-minute restyle or fringe trim for a fraction of the usual salon price. Customers were not only treated to free gin, but also walked away with a goody bag full of hairdressing treats and discount voucher for a future visit to the salon. Fringe trims, on-trend top knots and super quick updos were amongst the most popular services on offer, with the dentelé fringe in demand for those wanting to follow in Suki Waterhouse's stylish footsteps. Effectively two fringes in one, the style incorporates a shorter, choppy fringe with longer pieces spliced in between to give the hair volume, body, texture and shape - all for £5 on the night.
