OMG! Justin Bieber - the boy who launched a thousand mop-tops - appears to have had a hair cut!
OK, so it's only a little fringe trim, but it makes a huge different to Justin's appearance, and I think it makes him look loads better.
It also looks as though he's had his style thinned out a little bit - the overall finish less pudding bowl-esque than usual!
With a millimeter here and a millimeter there, Justin could be a skinhead by the new year - talk about nailing the transformation from tween to teen idol!
