Jm hairdressing celebrate 10 years and help hairraising
JM Hairdressing in Northfleet, Kent, celebrated 10 years of business with a 'Festival of Colour' to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Throughout the three-day event, the salon was decorated with balloons and flowers, and clients were given complimentary cocktails and canapés as well as free make-up advice, while children could have their faces painted.
As well as putting a big focus on hair colour and the services that the salon offers, the objective of the event was to help raise money for the HAIRraising appeal.
This was achieved by offering massages, hair treatments, manicures and back waxing for a special £10 rate, while £1 from every client was donated to the cause.
"I am so proud of how the salon has grown and developed over the past 10 years and it was great to be able to thank our clients in such a fun way," says JM owner Jackie Mathis.
"The buzz has been great and we've had so many clients attending. My team pulled out all the stops, I really can't thank them enough."
