MG-Fashion-&-Hair-Show.jpgThe Michelle Griffin Hair Academy in Barnt Green, Birmingham has raised a phenomenal £3522 for the Red Cross Haiti Appeal Earthquake Victims by hosting a Red Carpet Charity Evening.

Michelle Griffin welcomed clients, local businesses, press and Barnt Green's local MP into her salon where they were greeted with a champagne Reception served by hunky butlers!

Local fireman Lee Ivory, who went to Haiti to help rescue earthquake victims, gave guests an inspirational talk about what he had witnessed in the earthquake-ravaged country and then it was over to Michelle and her Art Team to do what they do best.

Complemented by the dulcet tones of opera singer Pip Langhorne, the team demonstrated the new season's trends before showcasing their new collection, Wonderland.

A seminar from local beauty company Beautoxology and a charity auction with items donated by local businesses encouraged guests to open their wallets and raise the very impressive figure for the worthy cause.
