Following in the footsteps of Florence Welch and Ellie Goulding, Jessie J isn't just a Brit award winner - she's also a style guru in the making.Her trademark glossy black bob is seriously cool, and the recent addition of chunky steps in the fringe help to give the look a quirky twist.
We asked award-winning avant garde hairdresser Michael Barnes what he thinks of her look:
"Jessie J is definitely a hair icon in the making. Her jet black colour really defines the graphic lines of the cut, which complements her face shape perfectly.
"I love the step detail in the temple area between the side and the fringe - she really makes this look her own. It's a very young and cool style, and I imagine countless pop wannabes will be copying this one!"
