Jean Paul Gaultier has always been Paris's most theatrical showman and a new retrospective exhibition at London's Barbican centre looks set to celebrate his most memorable catwalk moments.

Acclaimed French session stylist Odile Gilbert is the woman responsible for many of Jean Paul's most memorable hair looks and the exhibition features more than 30 custom-made mannequins wearing her remarkable wigs and headdresses - including a metre-high mohican.
