Jared leto loses the long locks for something shorter

So long man bun, bye-bye braid, au revoir ombré; Jared Leto has switched his luscious long, balayaged locks for a short crop. The actor's new look comes ahead of his role as the Joker in David Ayer's upcoming Suicide Squad. As well as lopping off his long hair, Jared has also shaved off his beard for a totally clean-shaven look. Looks like this Joker is going to be one groomed guy. We're slightly disappointed to see one of our favourite fashion-forward gents lose his creative canvas, but it goes without saying that Jared looks great with anything. We caught up with HJ's Men's Hairdresser of the Year, Jamie Stevens, to find out how you can take your long-locked lads to something more groomed. "With summer coming the long winter locks often become too much for guys to maintain, so expect to see lots of chops making their way into the trends list. "We'll see guys maintaining some length but going for a sharper finish with clean lines and shape. There are a variation of looks that come with this trend, from your very short Ryan Gosling-esque side partings to the longer pushed-back look that Jared Leto has just gone for. "When deciding how much of your client's hair to take away, take into consideration what style they see themselves sitting in and have an idea of how they want the finished result to look. "The major benefit of going shorter is the possibilities. Maybe try a variety of different looks throughout the summer, getting shorter each time and aiming towards a finished goal."
