Jamie stevens takes centre stage in italy for matrix

Matrix global ambassador, Jamie Stevens, has paid four visits to Italy over the last three months to educate on behalf of the brand, sharing his cutting and styling expertise with over 2,000 hairdressers. Starting with Rome in April at two 'Icon' events hosted by Matrix, Jamie was then invited back to the Italian capital in May and again in June to present both large seminars and intimate workshops. Jamie's Italian job finished with a date in Sicily, where approximately 600 hairdressers came to be inspired in masterclasses and presentations. Talking about his travels, Jamie said: "Having the opportunity to work in the beautiful city of Rome not once, but three times, is an absolute honour and it was wonderful to share my latest techniques to such enthusiastic crowds each time. As always, I like to bring a mixture of skills to the crowd from precision cutting to more directional looks, which seemed to go down very well. Finishing up in sunny Sicily was a great way to round off my Italian experience and the venue I got to present in was spectacular!"
