Jamie stevens shines at matrix world tour 2013

HJ’s British Hairdresser of the Year nominee, Jamie Stevens, was invited to join the Matrix global design team in Antalya, Turkey for the Matrix World Tour. Jamie’s presentation was part of a packed itinerary enjoyed by more than 1000 delegates. In his opening presentation Jamie took the audience on an artistic journey inspired by Matrix's Digital Edge trend. Working on four male models, he demonstrated how to use new techniques to break boundaries and at each key stage, explained how they could be taken back to the salon. In his second presentation, the theme of ‘beyond the chair’ guided the delegation’s attention back to salon reality with design tips that offered inspiration for every day work. Jamie also creating a total look created through consultation, cut, colour service and at-home maintenance on six stunning female models. Speaking after the event Jamie said: "The Matrix World Tour was amazing and it was an honour to be invited to showcas0e British hairdressing at its best with a wide range of graphic cuts, fashion-led styling, especially on men's hair."
