Halley Brisker and the L'Oreal Professionnel team created boyish bowl cuts for the J JS Lee Autumn/Winter 2015 show at London Fashion Week.
The show: J JS Lee Autumn/Winter 2015
The hair team: Halley Brisker for L'Oreal Professionnel
The look: A boyish bowl cut wig, cut with a razor for softness and with a shiny, natural feel.
The inspiration: A photo of the designer, Jackie, with a bowl cut as a kid. Halley gave it a more grown-up edge with a slightly 60s, Vidal Sassoon feel.
The key product: L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni.Art Metallic Gloss
Get the Look
1. Hair was prepped with lots of L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni.Art Pli and wrap-dried tightly to the head. Once all hair was wrapped, a wig cap was placed on top.
2. Wigs were pre-cut with a razor on a model, then customised on the day for an individual cut.
3. Hair was blow-dried with Tecni.Art Metallic Gloss to add shine and hold, giving the hair a natural finish that didn't look 'wiggy'.
