Irish stylist wins international visionary award at alternative hair show

Michelle McDermott of Peter Mark in Dublin won the prestigious International Visionary Award at the 2012 Alternative Hair Show, beating off competition from creative salons across the globe.Announced as part of the annual fundraiser, the Alternative Hair Show, Michelle wowed the judges with a striking bright red crop with feature fringe.
Michelle, who works at the Dundrum Town Centre salon, accepted her award in front of an audience of thousands from Alternative Hair founder, Tony Rizzo.
She will now be invited to take part in the Alternative Hair Show 2013 with a show of her own.
