Hob salons open new training facility for assistants

HOB Salons have ventured into new territory with the opening of their brand new training facility in conjunction with Joshua Galvin's Central Training Group.

The stunning new training facility, which opened earlier this month, houses a Salon/Studio environment, theory room, demo and workshop area, for the company's 100 assistants.

The high tech environment is kitted out with plasma screens and all the mods and cons necessary to develop their hands on experience, as well as building their customer service skills, reinforcing the companies drive for customer excellence.

Speaking of the opening, International Creative Director for HOB Salons Akin Konizi says "This new facility is dedicated to our apprentice development, ensuring they get the training they need to the superior standard we demand.

"It is the first of its kind [to be opened with Central Training Group] and is an incredible opportunity for us as a company, highlighting not only our belief in education, but our commitment to our team and clients."

The new facility opened with a champagne reception that was attented by representatives of the Central Training Group, HOB Salons franchisees and members of the press.
