Hj's rising star announced at salon international 2015

The industry’s up and coming talent battled it out in the Competition Area at Salon International 2015 for the title of HJ’s Rising Star of the Year. Finalists were whittled down from photographic entries, with those taking part in the live final challenged with recreating the celebrity-inspired look featured in their image. Judges Colin Greaney, Marie Nieuwoudt and Giuseppe Manco had the difficult task of picking a winner, but the title finally went to Phoebe Sophia Hill at Francesco Group, Staffordshire.
