Hj's british hairdressing business awards 2013: winners announced!

HJ’s 2013 British Hairdressing Business Awards once again celebrated the forward-thinking success stories of the salon industry, with individuals, major salon groups and independents all recognised for their incredible business acumen. The biggest winner of the night was Mahogany Hairdressing, whose directors Russell-John Barker, Colin Greaney and Antony Licata took home the coveted award for Business Directors of the Year, sponsored by Hairdressers Journal International. Other winners at the glittering ceremony, hosted by DJ Dave Berry, included the team from Michael Van Clarke who took home four awards in total, future one-to-watch Jonathan Turner of Hooker & Young Jesmond, who was crowned Junior of the Year, and Joy McQuillan from Rainbow Room International, Glasgow who scooped the inaugural Salon Stylist of the Year award.
