Hji hearts . . . kelly's soft blonde crop

With her new slim frame, Kelly Osbourne has given her punky bleached crop a mature edge with a softer shade of blonde and longer lengths.

Kelly turned up at the Alice and Olivia fashion presentation with her new look and although it's a more sophisticated style, she still looked fashionably fun and young sporting oversized necklaces and quirky hair pieces to go with her do.

Karine Jackson casts her expert eye over Kelly's latest look. "The style suits her, the gold and silver colouring looks great and the haircut is a lot softer.  She has a square jaw so the wrong haircut can make her look a little butch," she says.

Modelling for girly chic fashion designer Betsy Johnson the next day, Kelly looked confident with her new style as she shimmied down the catwalk in frills, bows and saloon-worthy ruching.

Says Karine: "The style looks like it's a square layered cut, which is then textured. 

"The best way to style this would be to tip the hair upside down and get root lift with the hairdryer and then straighten the top. I'd also use a little bit of wax through it to define the layers."

Never one to stick with a style for long, Kelly has hit the nail on the head with this latest look and it's good to see a celebrity that isn't afraid to experiment with colour and cut.
