Julia Sarr-Jamois is a street-style favourite - a real one-to-watch each fashion week as she constantly wows with her unique brand of style, which combines
tomboy staples with
high-end hit pieces.
But what we really love about the Wonderland magazine fashion editor is her full-on 'fro, which has become as much a part of her style as
her attention-grabbing faux furs and
clashing-patterns.
Bold, sexy and striking, the half-Senegalese, half-French former model is super cool - but is this a look that anyone can carry off? We asked Mizani stylist, Eugene Davis of Eugene Davis Hair, London for his verdict...
"The 1990s is a hot trend right now across both hair and fashion, and natural locks in a halo-shape à la Hilary Banks from Fresh Prince of Bel Air is the ultimate style move.
"These light, airy, and glossy controlled curls are the sign of a true fashionista who likes to make a statement.
"If a client wants to rock this look, it’s best to twist, braid or double twist and set freshly washed and conditioned hair whilst wet. Once hair has dried completely, undo the set and spritz with a shine spray to reveal radiant spirals – just like Julia’s that are right on-trend!"
Julia isn't the only star rocking the natural look - here are some of our favourite 'fros from the red carpet recently.
