Hj's 2010 british hairdressing awards finalists
The finalists of HJ's British Hairdressing Awards 2010, sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional, have been chosen after an intense day of judging at Epsom Downs racecourse.
Each of the entries in the nine regional and six specialist categories were anonymously judged by a selection of the industry's leading lights, including Hall of Fame members and past and present winners of the British Hairdresser of the Year accolade.
"Each year the standard of entries in all categories becomes more creative and inspirational," said Jayne Lewis-Orr, publisher/editor-in-chief of Hairdressers Journal International.
The finalists will now submit a further four images by September 10th, these will go forward to the second round judging and the winner will be announced at the British Hairdressing Awards, the most prestigious event in the hairdressing calendar, at the Grosvenor House hotel, London, on November 22nd.
