Headmasters celebrated in-house talent at their annual awards and post-Christmas party, hosted for a second year by TV personality Louie Spence.
Managing director John Sanders welcomed more than 1,000 guests to the evening by recapping the salon group's successes through 2012 - including smashing their own records with a whopping 16,476 clients in the week before Christmas.
John also revealed that their expansion into Norway continued to be a success, with five new salons opening on top of the 19 new salons opened in the UK throughout the year - and many more to come.

Before the awards started, John also recognised those staff achieving their Long Achievement awards as well as handing over a cheque for £8,000 to the Kids Company charity.
There was also a special mention for Enzo Napoli of Headmasters Weybridge, who received a Hall of Fame award after scooping the titles of Retailer of the Year and Busiest Stylist of the Year every year for the last ten years.
Awards were handed out in both creative and business categories, before Headmasters Shepherd's Bush walked away with the title of Salon Team of the Year after beating their targets by a huge £164,000.
