Teams from Headmasters salons across the country descended on Battersea Evolution last night for the group's annual awards ceremony - and a belated Christmas bash.
Recognizing the best of both business brains and creative talent, the Christmas in Colorado-themed Headmasters awards marked the end of another successful year for the group. Managing director John Sanders reflected on 2013's growth -
including 20 new salons in Norway - and revealed that the goal for the coming year would be customer relations, with service education top of the list for training schedules.
Host George Lamb then took to the stage to hand out the Headmasters awards - starting with a special achievement prize for Mary Huson, who was awarded for 20 years with the company.
The remainder of the awards comprised of seven business categories, judged on in-salon performance and eight creative which were independently judged by Sophie Beresiner, beauty editor for Elle and Andreas Stavrou, head of creative, professional brand for ghd.
