Proof, as if further proof were needed, can be found in the fact that Sexy Hair recently signed Marilyn as the face of their range, with a series of iconic looks being rebranded fora new generation. Much like Rita Hayworth's waves or Bettie Page bangs, Marilyn's peroxide blonde curls are a shorthand for good old-fashioned Hollywood glamour. “Marilyn's style was effortless and her hair was the key part of this look," says Chris Appleton, George’s Hairdressing, Leicester “First, the colour: a true platinum blonde – for me one of the most iconic shade.
