1. The hair was sectioned at the crown creating a point at the nape. | | 2. Using the comb as a guide, a strong, slightly concave outline was created working up to the occipital bone. | | 3. The back sections were layered into a curved line working with the head shape and using the previously cut outline as a guide. Every subsequent section was over-directed to the first to maintain more length in the perimeter. This was repeated in front of the ear. |

4. Horizontal layers were created starting at the crown and each subsequent section was overlapped slightly. | | 5. This was repeated for the front section and the first section was over-directed to the crown to keep weight through the fringe. | | 6. Hair was blow-dried and cut freehand to personalise. |

1 Hair was sectioned at the crown, from just behind the parting to the fringe area, leaving out the contour near the hairline. | | 2. Tint & Tone 8/7 8V light blonde violet and 8/1 8A light ash blonde was applied in a ratio of 2:1 using Tint Lotion 9% (30 vol) at the front of the head. | | 3. The base colour Tint & Tone 8/7 8V light blonde violet and 8/1 8A light ash blonde with 5/7 5V light brown violet was applied with a mix ratio of 2:1, plus 2cm of 5/7 5V with tint lotion 5% (20 vol) at the nape. |

4. The base colour with 6% (20 vol) tint lotion was applied to the roots and X-Dream Highlifting Cream was applied on the lengths and ends. | | 5. Hair was left to process, then rinsed and rough-dried. Tint & Tone 11/03 11NG extreme light natural golden blonde, plus mixing tone copper, was applied in a ratio of 10:1 and Tint & Tone 10/7 10V extra light blonde violet, plus mixing tone Magenta, was applied in a mix of 10:1. | | Finished Look
