Over 150 hairdressers from six countries gathered in Denmark recently to enjoy a hair show, dinner and dancing with international brand ID Hair.
Located in Denmark’s second largest city Aarhus, the ID Hair warehouse was typically Scandinavian in style – clean lines, minimalist and understated – but the fabulous hairstyles created were anything but subtle.
After a champagne reception, visiting hairdressers had the opportunity to learn more about some of ID Hair’s product ranges, before moving through to the auditorium for a fun and futuristic hair show.
A number of top stylists, including the UK’s own Dean Bradwell and Andrew Minarik, took to the stage in front of an excited crowd of hairdressers, demonstrating a range of looks from feminine, tumbling curls to vampy, pointed fringes.
There was also a rainbow of beautiful hair colours on show, from a high-shine, powder blue to a deep, rich beetroot shade. Extra colour was incorporated into cuts using vibrant extensions, which were used to dramatic effect in both short, men’s cuts and long, poker straight locks.
After the hair show finished, attendees moved from the auditorium to a section of the ID Hair warehouse which had been transformed from storage facility to a glitzy dining room. Guests enjoyed a relaxing three course meal and drinks, before the pace picked up again with music and dancing into the night.
