Hairdressers blogs

If you have a complaint about something the first thing you do is tell your friends and family -- which no local hairdresser wants. But some people go one step further and write a blog on it. We recieve regular google alerts when there is a story about a hairdresser on the internet and some of the stories regular people are blogging about is atrocious!Tales of chopped off fringes, stylists chewing gum and abuse by their hairdresser are regularly flashed before our eyes and this service is easily accessible by the whole world. Imagine your astonishment if one of your clients berated your haircut! They say no publicity is bad publicity but when the world is watching you can't afford to let an unhappy client leave your salon without rectifying her complaint. I'm sure it works the other way around as well though, with hairdressers complaining about their clients. So tell us -- what's the worse thing a client has done to you? ruthx
