With Summer on the horizon, a quick look at the high street seems to suggest more women are opting for the natural look. Soft waves, texture and curls are becoming a hit for everyday wear as clients prepare for festivals and holidays.
"There has been an increase in clients requesting more textured hair since the Royal wedding," says hairdresser Andrew Barton. "Clients are turning to tools that achieve texture rather than poker-straight hair."
"Textured hair is often more practical and easy to achieve then straight. However, the array of modern products means clients don't need to compromise and can have both looks for different occasions and moods."
