PM-hair-demo.jpgMore than 1,500 hair stylists have enjoyed a day of fun, entertainment and hair education at this year's Paul Mitchell® Spotlight Hair Camps.

Each of the 10 camps featured members of the Paul Mitchell® Platform Artist Club (PAC) demonstrating the newest techniques from the Angus M Trilateral Collection 2009 live on stage; while the Paul Mitchell® Art Team assisted stylists with the techniques in their 'education pods'.

PAC team member Kim Wade enthused, "I loved that everyone was being crazy on purpose, putting a twist on the current hair trends sweeping the catwalks.

The PAC team showed three customisable haircuts that focussed on points, angles and lines and could be translated to clients with all hair lengths.

"The Trilateral collection appeals to everyone, as there are classic yet contemporary commercial looks that can be re-created on a wide variety of clients with different hair types and lengths," says PAC team member Gary Young.

"It takes hairdressing back to its roots with precision cutting and working with primary shapes yet pushes the boundaries at the same time."
