Great lengths launches 2012 awards

Following a successful launch in 2010, the biannual Great Lengths Awards are back for a second night dedicated to recognising achievement in the art of extensions.

With a wide selection of categories to choose from, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in the salon to showcase their hair extension talents and creativity and raise both the profile of the salon and themselves as extensionists.

Philip Sharp, managing director of Great Lengths UK said: "The debut Great Lengths Awards was an overwhelming success for both the salon owners and stylists who entered.  Both the finalists and winners were able to promote their achievement as one of the leading hair extension professionals in the UK with great effect across a variety of media which has undoubtedly contributed to attracting new Great Lengths clients."    

The closing date for entries is 31 July and judging will take place on 8 August by a panel of industry experts including Great Lengths ambassador Paul Falltrick and HJi editor, Kate Woods.

Once again, the awards will be held at the glittering May Fair Hotel with cocktails, fine dining, live entertainment and a hair show - as well as those all important awards.
