The ghd Style Squad recently enjoyed the opportunity to work backstage at London Fashion Week during the Autumn/Winter 2014 season, assisting ghd UK brand ambassador, Kenna.
The Style Squad created the hair for Felder Felder, Todd Lynn, Lucas Nascimento and Zoe Jordan, all of which were headed up byKenna and supported by ghd.
Chad Maxwell, a ghd style squad member from Elajé Hair & Beauty salon said: "I absolutely loved the rush of fashion week. The surroundings, the locations, the people and the incredible hair being created. It all binds together to create an amazing and unique atmosphere. Through the experience I have learned to always be one step ahead - when you’re working as a team on models you need to know what everyone else's next step is so you can be ready and keep things moving as smoothly as possible!"
Jo Robertson, ghd head of education UK & ROI was working alongside the team and said: "It’s a fantastic opportunity for the ghd style squad to work at LFW. They learned how to work together as a strong team and also got to understand what it takes to put a collection together for the designers. Spending time with session stylists really opens their minds to a different side of the industry. It’s a money can’t buy opportunity!"
