Perfect Pastel Pink Hair – Semi Permanent
1. Pre-lighten hair using I.C.O.N Ecotech bleach. This needs to be focused on lifting as light as possible to eliminate gold tones. If you cannot get the hair 'clean' enough through lifting, then a violet toner needs applying. 2. Part-dry the hair to remove moisture and then apply I.C.O.N Stained Glass in Merlot using your fingers. Take vertical sections of hair and visually work to different levels of the hair to create an 'undone' look. 3. Place under heat to intensify the colour and then rinse off. 4. Follow with I.C.O.N Free Conditioner to nourish.A Fierce Fuchsia Hair Tutorial – Longer Lasting (depending on the condition of the hair)
