Get coachella worthy colour with joico

The first weekend of Coachella took off to a fabulously chic start with Hollywood's finest donning their festival best.
From Kylie Jenner's pastel coloured braids and sleek peach hair to Hailey Baldwin's metallic hue and textured finish, Coachella is the festival to spot all the spring/summer trends your clients will be craving.
We caught up with JOICO Spokesperson and Celebrity Hairstylist, Paul Norton, whose clients include Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Emma Roberts and Anna Kendrick, to see what he thought of this year’s big trends at the three day Californian event.
“Coachella definitely sets the style stakes for the rest of the season and this year Taylor Swift was probably the biggest news – her bleach blonde shorter style looked amazing and was particularly stunning under the desert sun. However, many of the cool girls were opting for a more vivid yet temporary colour to stand out from the crowd.
The best festival styles were really inspired by the idea of enjoying the music, the amazing Californian weather, and having a great time. Hair looked great but should be able to do it and then forget about it. That’s why I think JOICO InstaTint was so popular; spray and go. The 50ml sizes make them perfect satchel size, and they smell gorgeous too which is always a bonus in the Californian heat.”
JOICO was invited by Revolve Clothing to be a part of their Revolve Desert VIP House and used the new temporary colour shimmer sprays to deliver iridescent, shining, devastatingly dazzling colour. Users were thrilled to know the sprays washed out with a single shampoo. The JOICO team sprayed these pigment-packed beauties directly onto fishtail braids or a braided crown for an iridescent, pop of colour here and there, or mix all five shades to create custom tints.
Hollywood actresses Camilla Belle and Bella Thorne both plumped for pink which looked gorgeous in the dark hair whilst baby blondes made the most of the vibrant purple and red.
