Francesco group takes off for their annual conference

Franchisees from all 32 Francesco Group salons, the Francesco Group Creative Team and M.D of Francesco Group, Ben Dellicompagni along with M.D of Scissors, Yogi Parmar recently gathered for take off at the Hoar Cross Hall Luxury Spa Hotel to celebrate the group’s annual conference. Air traffic controller, Ben welcomed the franchisees on to FG Hair private jet, he was joined by Air Hostess, Ali Black from Wella along with Captain and Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, John Huscroft, who led the two day conference. For Francesco Group M.D, Ben, the conference was a chance to inspire his franchisees and ensure the continued growth of Francesco Group cementing the company’s ‘private jet’ status when it comes to customer care. Over the two days, franchisees participated in a constructive but fun discussion on how to develop their salons in all aspects of the business, however the goal was of the conference was to equip the Francesco Group Franchisees with the tools that they need to adhere to Francesco Group’s premium customer service standard and achieve further success. The conference focused on tackling three of what Ben believes are the industry’s biggest issues, the three C’s – Consequences of Complacency and lack of Consistency. 'It was a wonderful two days of networking and constructive discussion as to how we as a group will move forward and what our individual franchisees can do to help us do this.
