She's best known for her flowing red locks but for her latest magazine cover, Florence Welch has swapped the bohemian look for a more androgynous style.

Channelling the boyish trend that dominated the catwalk for Autumn/Winter 2011, Florence looks dramatically different with her long hair slicked back on either side and topped off with a towering tomboy quiff.

Tailored trousers, a crisp white shirt and a structured jacket complete the look. This image was shot by Karl Lagerfeld for the October issue of Japanese Vogue and his stamp is extremely evident - I can see him in this outfit, and the hair is similar to his too, albeit a more striking shade.
