Florence Welch and Blake Lively both made our list celebrating the best celebrity hairstyles of 2010, and although the two may seem unlikely friends, they ended up ringing in the new year together in Las Vegas.

Indie songstress Florence and Gossip Girl actress Blake both attended the VIP opening of the Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan Hotel, Las Vegas, and were seen partying together throughout the night.

The two fashion icons were amongst a celeb-packed guestlist, which also included stylish sisters Beyoncé and Solange Knowles.

Beyoncé and her little sister Solange opted for dramatically different hairstyles on the night; showcasing the very different looks they have both become known for.

Wearing her hair in golden curls, which complemented her glamorous couture gown, Beyoncé had a slightly retro Hollywood feel to her look. 

Meanwhile, Solange kept things slightly more natural, with waist-length braids - topped off with a seriously stylish printed turban.
