The Fellowship for British Hairdressing recently held its first event outside of London, partnering with Leeds super-salon group Westrow for a Clubstar event.
Hosted at Westrow House, the salon's state-of-the-art educational academy in Leeds city centre, the night saw salon director Steve Rowbottom take centre stage as compere and was on hand to offer advice and information regarding the Fellowship for British Hairdressing and Clubstar.
The educational evening included an impressive presentation by both junior and senior members of the award-winning Westrow Artistic Team. Educational director Leanne Brown, technical director Jenny Pelter and Kate Harrison and Jody Toner from the Junior Westrow Artistic Team carefully crafted six stunning catwalk styles using products courtesy of Sexy Hair, sponsors of the event.
The style showcase lasted an hour and a half and afterwards guests were invited to take a closer look to study the styles of the perfectly coiffed models, and given a generous goody bag to take home, courtesy of Sexy Hair.
Said Steve: "It was fantastic to host a Fellowship for British Hairdressing Clubstar event for the northern hairdressing community, where the Westrow Artistic team worked tirelessly to create fashion-forward looks on the night. The event was the perfect platform for guests to find out more about the organisation and we look forward to hosting another event for the Fellowship for British Hairdressing shortly."
