Fellowship awards winners wow at the power night

The winners of the Fellowship Awards 2009 were the focus of the latest Fellowship Power Night, held at the Wella World Studio.

Terry Calvert, the new Fellowship president, hosted the evening which saw each of the winners sharing anecodotes from their careers before presenting a model. 

First up was Robert Masciave from Metropolis who gave a fun and enthusiastic overview of his time as a young hairdresser in France before moving to the UK.

Past Fellowship President, Sean Dawson from HOB Salons was winner of Fashion Focus Image of the Year and explained the inspiration behind his winning image: Bow Wow Wow's, Annabella Lwin.

To complete his talk, Sean presented a model showing the new direction of HOB's creativity and a little taster of what the industry can expect in the coming year.

Sean Hanna, whose seanhanna salons won Group Salon of the Year, was then invited onto stage by Fellowship Chairman, Frank Shipton. He shared the history of growing his first salon into the group that it is today and gave a little insight into tribulations that come with it.

The evening closed with F.A.M.E Team members Ben Moth, Kim Rance and Ross Taylor sharing their thoughts, activities and plans for 2010. The team brimmed with passion, energy and enthusiasm and it is clear that the industry's future is in safe hand!
