Fame team undertake jack howard balayage masterclass

The FAME Team are the latest students to undertake a Jack Howard balayage masterclass, hosted at Neville Hair and Beauty. Jack, who has recently launched a range of hand-painted extensions with Beauty Works, is colourist to Poppy Delevingne, Sukie Waterhouse and Mollie King and is known as London's go-to man for balayage. The day consisted of a morning workshop, before the students got hands-on with models in the afternoon. FAME Team member and Ken Picton salon director, Dafydd Rhys, said of the day: "We had a great day at Neville Hair and Beauty with Jack. I personally don't colour on the salon floor so it isn't an area I would usually get to explore, which made the day all the more fascinating for me. Getting a real insight into the way Jack works and his attention to detail really proved why he is the King of Balayage!" Jack said: "I was delighted to be approached by the FAME Team to teach them how I create the soft classic balayage colour that I give my clients. This masterclass was one of the team's last sessions of the year and I was really impressed with their talent and enthusiasm. The balayage revolution shows no signs of slowing down; connecting the commercial to the artistic, so it's a great skill to know."
