Fame team enjoy masterclass with angelo seminara

It was a FAME Team double-whammy this week, as the 2014 and 2015 teams united to spend the day with hairdressing icon, Angelo Seminara. During the day-long maserclass, hosted at Ena Salon in central London, Angelo shared his Flamboyage and Embossing hair techniques, both of which have been featured in his recent collections. Then it was time to get hands on, as the teams had a go on their own models - discovering that it wasn't quite as straightforward as Angelo made it look! After lunch, it was time for the team to get up-close-and-personal with Angelo and ask him everything they could dream of - from questions about his career and inspirations to his philosophies about hair. 2015 FAME Team member Luke Benson said: "What an incredible day! Angelo is a creative genius and so humble with it. His colour and creative techniques wowed us and it was great to work alongside last year’s team too. It was a room full of creative people all feeling inspired and getting involved in Angelo's creative mind. He was already an icon to me, but to work as closely with him as we did today was testament to his skill and openness to inspire others. I can't wait to put into practice what he's shown us." Amelia Evans added: "Angelo Seminara is a legend and truly an artist, he made us feel so welcome, he showed us some mind boggling techniques that we will definitely take away with us and build on."
