Fame team 2014 enjoy first workshop of the year

Fellowship for British Hairdressing FAME Team 2014

The FAME Team 2014 recently participated in their first event as a team; an induction with FAME Team manager, Bruno Marc Giamatti. Hosted at the Wella World Studio in London across two days, the workshop saw the 2014 tearm - Dafydd Rhys Thomas from Ken Picton, Ellenora Dean from Michelle Griffin, Simon Tuckwell from Zullo and Holland and LeighAnne Regan from Kyle Beasley Hairdressing - plan their schedule for the coming year and work alongside Wella educators Genie Patton and Lyndsey Salem on presentation skills. Here the four members of the FAME Team 2014 share what they took away from the day... Leighanne: "How to formulate a presentation that will captivate as well as educate your audience." Simon: "We learnt so much from Lynsey and Genie at Wella; they are definitely skills we will use for the rest of our careers." Ellanora: "I learnt so much from our presentation educators and had a lot of fun doing it. I can't wait to put it all into practice at our first live show." Dafydd: "It was such a great chance for the team to get to know each other. The day gave us a chance to appear on stage for the first time together and the chemistry was obvious - we will undoubtedly work well as a team keeping presentations inspiring and entertaining over the next year."
