In a weekend full to the brim of all things hairdressing, the Oval Space in London's East End was home to the 'freevo' show, a hair show from the uber-cool, Australian Professional Brand evo.
350 hairdressers, salon owners and industry insiders gathered from all over Europe to be inspired and entertained. The event was hosted evo's Global Education Manager, Jay Kownacki.

The 'freevo' show has already graced both Los Angeles and Sydney and in London the evo Creative team members; Lauren McCowan, Grant Norton and Jules Tognini took to the stage to present a cutting, styling and colouring extravaganza, with slice of comedy thrown in for good measure.
The show took the audience through evo's education collection, which supports the brand's 'free your mind and your hair will follow' Global campaign. 18 models were presented in two section of the night. Each section showcased one live model demonstration plus six pre-done looks and was supported by fabuloso pro colour done by Tom Smith of Billi Currie, evo UK Ambassador.

To add an interactive element to the evening audience members were invited to the stage to rock deely boppers and take part in a balloon blowing competition. Participating meant they were in with a chance of winning brand new evo products.
On the show, International Sales and Brand Development Director, Brad Gauvin said, "I am so proud of our talented and passionate creative and education team. They are devoted to our ethos and the true development of hairdressers and are innovative leaders that think for themselves, challenge boundaries and inspire change."
