Working with accessories can be a challenge for hairdressers, but get the right piece and the right hairstyle and you can create a perfect red-carpet ready look.
The trick is to pick a style that enhances rather than overshadows a style and that applies whether you're working with a bridal or prom client or shooting for your latest collection.
We love Sienna Miller's eye-catching playful piece, which embraces this summer's maximalist floral trend - here we ask Aaron Carlo of Headmasters, London for his verdict.
"Florals are a big trend this summer and when done right, can look amazing. It works best when they're big, bold and over the top; think more kitsch and fun than pretty and cute.
"Sienna pulls it off perfectly because her oversized style keeps the hair out of the face in a glam, chic way but combined with the messy top knot, still channels the effortless, bohemian festival vibe.
"If a client comes in to the salon with accessories, go for undone, relaxed hair to keep the overall look cool and on-trend."
