The Emmy Awards 2014 saw the stars of the small screen take to the red carpet - here, we take a look at the best hairstyles on the night.
Unlike this weekend's MTV Video Music Awards, the Emmys was all about classic glamour with buns and super-sleek locks the two runaway trends of the weekend.
Buns ranged from the small and subtle as seen on Michelle Dockery and Lizzy Caplan to the major (hello Jessica Williams), but still retained an overall sophisticated mood. The surprising return to sleek, pin-straight looks also guaranteed glamour - this might not have been the night for dramatic hair, but it was definitely an evening full of elegance.
