Eight days to go

OK, so how many other people are not ready for Christmas? This is the time of year when I find working and having a family the most difficult to manage as expectations at home escalate, the pressure mounts on having the right presents for everyone, Christmas dinner for 11 has to be bought (yet alone cooked!) and I could carry on.
Work continues at a pace too, so the 24 hours in each day are just not enough! Writing Christmas cards takes forever, helping small people write theirs takes even longer (but is secretly great fun), and then there is only the brave who tackle the shops these days and decide to shop, rather than use the internet! Wish me luck...... Jayne x
