It's not Halloween just yet, but that hasn't stopped teenage actress Taylor Momsen appearing in public looking truly terrifying. If you thought her ratty extensions and dramatic eye makeup couldn't get any worse... well, you were wrong.The grungy Gossip Girl donned her stringiest extensions yet for a fashion party in New York, with additional rust-coloured streaks throughout.
And if the hair wasn't bad enough, Taylor complemented her new hue with maroon eyeshadow and matching blood-red lips.
I know Americans go in for Halloween in a big way, but dressing up as a zombie a whole week before the event? That's just creepy.
