Donate your time to cut the stigma charity campaign Donate Your Time To Cut The Stigma Charity Campaign Could you donate a few hours of your time to help those living with HIV and AIDs? The Cut The Stigma charity campaign is looking for hairdressers to give up a couple of hours on a Sunday to raise funds for the Terrence Higgins Trust. Top London hairdresser Denis Robinson (formerly of Charles Worthington, Selfridges and Brooks + Brooks) is hosting a one-day cutting event to raise funds and increase awareness of HIV amongst young adults - who make up the largest group of new cases each year of HIV. "I have spent a huge amount of my career educating young adults in hairdressing," says Denis. "And now I want to support the Terrence Higgins Trust in their efforts to educate youngsters about HIV and AIDS and stop the new cases that are happening each year amongst this age group” says Denis All you need to do is donate two hours of your time to do hair for free, with members of the public encouraged to donate cash in return for a cut. Stylists of every level are encouraged to join in, with some exciting industry names already signed up for the day. Interested? The Cut the Stigma event will take place on Sunday 29 March at the KMS and Goldwell Academy in Central London and all you need to do is donate two hours of your time.
