Czar autumn/winter 2014: get the hair look

The CZAR Autumn/Winter 2014 show celebrated colour; HJ’s correspondent Caroline Simionescu-Marin from Herra Haircare was there to work on the team and report on the hair look.

The hair team: O&M
The look: Slicked-back quiffs with daubs of colour on either side of the head
The inspiration: Sci-fi; a modern Blade Runner
Get the look: Hair was prepped with root lift spray and blow-dried away from the face using a paddle brush. Hair on the crown was teased with a comb to create volume, then smoothed over and back in line with the rest of the hair.
Sides were slicked back with serum to create a wet look finish, before colour pigment was brushed on either side of the head. The whole look was then finished with hairspray.
