Customer service counts

When customer service is right it makes the customer feel great, but when it goes wrong it can spoil your day and put you in a bad mood.I spent a wet and windy Wednesday in Brighton with my mum and children and experienced the worst customer service in a fast food joint that left me stressed and arguing with the attendant. Not only did they get my order wrong three times, they over-charged me and argued. Being typically British I never complain, but with two hungry mouths to feed, frizzy hair and wet shoes, I was astounded when they ignored me and just shrugged. Customer service is about making a visit a great experience, whether you are paying for a burger or a bob -- and thankfully most salons understand the importance of this. Ruth @ HJi
