Christel lundqvist joins tigi

Award-winning colourist, Christel Lundqvist, has joined TIGI as Global Technical Creative Director. 

The newly-created role has been introduced to coincide with the launch this month of the brand's new colour range, TIGI copyright©olour.        

As winner of HJ's Schwarzkopf Professional Colour Technician of the Year, Christel is now set to become a member of the prestigious British Hairdressing Hall of Fame.

Working closely with Anthony Mascolo and Nick Irwin, Christel will oversee the TIGI International Creative Team Colourists worldwide  to drive colour as part of TIGI's professional offering to salons.

"We are really excited to have Christel on board," says Anthony Mascolo. "When creating a look you cannot separate cut and colour and Christel's expertise will add an exciting creative element to our future collections."

Christel adds: "TIGI has given me a great opportunity to step up my work to the next level.
