Chloe Grace Moretz combined braids of different sizes for a multi-dimensional hair look at the premiere of the Carrie remake.
Working with a selection of tiny braids pinned across the back of her head and worked into a larger, looser side-slung style, this look manages to be young and cool while also nodding to
new season trends.
Hairstylist Gregory Russell was responsible for the look and used Kevin.Murphy Easy Rider to create the texture before tonging and plaiting at random.
What prevents this look from being totally perfect for me is the piece of black lace tying it off at the end. I'm all for an intentionally-visible accessory, but this just doesn't work with the style in my opinion. A clear elastic or even something bigger like a bow made from the lace would have made it a
head-to-toe success for me.
